List of ambiguous words that make my world what it is. The list will grow long as my blog grows too.

Marriageable age:  Are you a guy? If yes, then any age that you decide to marry is fine.
Are you a lady - then you will have to be married between 5 - 25 years.

Marriage age Threshold (MAT): Applicable only for women and set by the marriage market. Girl's worth in the market is indirectly proportional to her age.
5 - 18 - Highly suitable for marriage and other activities too
18-24 - Ripe time for marriage and to start producing lineage
>25 years -  Not yet married? Shady character, less worthy because genitals are old. Higher dowry for compensation.
> 30 - Forget it unless girl exudes money.

Highly-respected family: a) Has impeccable record of arranged marriages done for all the children b) No divorcee records for cousins, extended family  c) Same caste and religion d)Decent level of education

Offensive: a) Anything against religion b) against God c) against political parties d) against mental peace

Religious: Person who goes to the temple, performs rituals, abides by customs, spend his time doing pooja at home for 3 hrs and therefore unable to help the wife/mom at home, acts rude to women/parents, drinks, watches porn, letches at women but marries according to tradition

Congeny: This is a Pro-geny (child) who turns a Con-geny (Pro and Con) for the parent because a)he does not obey every silly rule b) he spend much time with friends c) marries for love or against parent's wishes d)Lives life by his own set of rules which causes panic attack in parents

Bottle Casings: Imaginary bottle in which men have restricted growth in corporate life. Similar to glass ceilings popular for women.

Safety: An illusion specifically created for women and reinforced with usage of dupattas, stoles, safety pins.
